NOTES FROM MIKE, OUR BREWER:

Hey guys!

A brand new beer was just released yesterday it is May Day Imperial IPA (9%abv) I brewed this for the Garden City Brew Fest that is this Saturday May 7, from 12pm till 8pm.  It was brewed with four different hopvarieties and dry hopped with four different hop varieties too. If you enjoy IPA’s this is one you should try.

Barley Wine is now on tap (12% abv)

Don’t forget to plant hops this spring! Talk with me if you need an idea of what varieties to grow.
