Tis the season for somewhat bigger beers to take the winter chill off, so the Blackout Stout is now on tap at the brewery. Big, black, and full of flavor, at 7.6% this will help warm the bones. And for those who remember from last year, the Brass Knuckle Blonde is ready and waiting for room at the tap handles. It's a crowd pleaser with it's 'oh so easy' to drink, big malty flavor. And of course, ski season means it's Chair 4 IPA season so it's currently on tap as well. After missing last year, the Irish Red will be returning this year and will be going into the fermenter next week. Be on the lookout for that around the first of March. Cheers! The Brewer |
